My next project is on the bench. I’ve been drooling over some of these kits for awhile and I finally pulled the trigger. I picked it up from Industria Mechanika and it arrived in two days. Take a look at some of the short run kits they sell. I’m not being paid to say that, I just think they have a really unique set of merchandise over there.

The kit is resin with a little bit of PE. I’m told it’s always a good idea to wash your resin pieces with soap and water. Apparently, a release agent is used to keep the resin from sticking to the mold. This is also good at keeping paint from sticking to your model if you don’t wash it off.

There’s a fair amount of flash on some of these pieces so I’ll be spending some time carefully removing that. Stay tuned and send me any ideas for a base!
Glad to see you back! I’ve been waiting for you to post again =D
Scantily clad women on motorbikes are one of my weaknesses. Can’t wait to see where this project goes!

Thanks man! It’s been too long. I’ve got a story cooking for another piece, but the end of it is stuck in my head somewhere. Hint: there’s tigers and human sacrifice.
I’m not sure what’s up with her tail, but I’m not here to judge.

Didn’t notice the tail before. Good eye! I retract my interest.

I recently had the good fortune to find one of these swanky cool kits on eBay, apparently, the Stranski girl and her pals are near human cat people and anthropomorphic animal people and THAT is why she and the ukulele girl have cat tails! I discovered this by looking through a bunch of Stranski art online, she has a tiger man boyfriend. Sadly, this nice little series is now discontinued.
